Cancelations/Reschedule

Although we try to be compassionate, we are really strict about this one. We understand that "things come up" and we do our best to minimize the impact of these circumstances. You may cancel 24 hours before your scheduled privates pilates session. You may send an e-mail or call the studio (during normal business hours) without penalty. Do not leave after hour messages.

Studio Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy:

You may cancel a class: 12 hours before your scheduled start time. You may send an email or call the studio during normal business hours without penalty. Please do not leave after-hour messages.

For cancelations 12 hours after your scheduled class and you are enrolled in a membership program (unlimited), there is a $10 late cancel fee.  If you are enrolled in a class by class option you simply foreit the class.

If you call less than 12 hours before your class  time, or simply forget, we’re sorry but the class or  will be forfeited. Should you have any difficulty with this process, please call our studio for assistance.

Classes are subject to change up to an hour before the start time. If only one person is scheduled, the class will be cancelled.

*Classes are subject to change up to an hour before the start time. If there is only one person scheduled you take the class for a 1/2-hour private session with the instructor.
