Practicing Pilates in the way its founder Joseph Pilates originally intended, all of the Mission Beach Pilates instructors share the same mindset when it comes to this distinguished discipline.  MBP helps participants improve strength, flexibility and body awareness.  Many of our students started as mature adults and some are still doing it into their 70s.  Whether you're a high flier or never leave the mat, Pilates can help you move better, feel better and look better.

Our Teachers

Mission Beach Pilates  are members of the Health and Fitness Association (IDEA) and a member of the Pilates Method Alliance (PMA), a national organization dedicated to insuring the safety of the public by making sure instructors are comprehensively trained and qualified to teach Pilates. Mission Beach Pilates instructors are certified by PMA.
